For more than 20 years, the founders of A Joyful Noise Childcare™, have been positively impacting the lives of children by developing and implementing innovative care and early education programming in the inner city of Milwaukee, WI. Starting in 2003, with a family location, A Joyful Noise Childcare has built its foundation on five key educational and care principles: Safety, Love, Cognitive, Physical, and Social; which has labeled us as #The Elite.
Marquis Noble
Meet our Owner, Mr. Marquis! He comes from a long history of Childcare reaching back more than 20 years. He is the original founder of A Joyful Noise Childcare! Mr. Marquis holds a large background of business and a passion for making a difference in children’s lives. Always on the go, Mr. Marquis continues to think of ways he can help shape our staff in making them THE BEST of the BEST for our parents. As a volunteer, Mr. Marquis coaches youth basketball for many years and has even won several championships!
Rachel Noble
Mrs. Rachel is Mr. Marquis’ better half. With a Bachelors of Arts in Communication & Journalism and Master’s Degree in Business Science Management, she is always finding better ways we can continuously improve our staff and center on a daily basis. Mrs. Rachel has a huge desire of giving our parents more than what they expect as well as supporting her staff so that our youth is prepared for school and life when leaving A Joyful Noise Childcare!
